NOAA’s Marine Turtle Ecology and Assessment Program studies Sea Turtles off the coast of San Diego and California. NOAA Marine Scientist (UCSD) Joel Schumacher, will discuss their research and the impact of the recent changes in the San Diego Bay on the local Sea Turtle population.

Our informative and friendly monthly meetings are free and open to the public. They provide an excellent opportunity to learn more about your turtle or tortoise, get tried and true advice from those with years of experience, and learn more about conservation efforts from around the world.
